PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:
Ms. Barry, a native of Oxford, Mississippi, joined The Kullman Firm in 2006.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Barry practiced municipal law, general litigation and various areas of employment law and workers’ compensation. Ms. Barry has represented employers among various industries including manufacturing, utilities, health care, media and defense, before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Her practice focuses on defense of charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and of litigated employment matters, including collective actions. Ms. Barry provides advisory consultations to management and human resource professionals regarding wage, employment, disciplinary and workers’ compensation issues.
