PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:
Ms. Kaffer's active jury trial practice has focused on employment, commercial, construction and complex litigation and class actions. She has practiced law in Mobile, Alabama since 1988.

• Representing employers in lawsuits involving claims under virtually all employment laws in both federal and state courts.
• Representing employers in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the EEOC.
• Counseling employers in all aspects of employment law to help avoid claims arising from day-to-day employment decisions.
• Representing owners, developers, contractors and materialmen in construction and lien mediation and litigation.
• Representing businesses in all necessary litigation.
