PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Fabacher, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, formally affiliated with The Kullman Firm in 2008. He is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law, at which he has also served for over 20 years as adjunct Professor of Law, teaching Immigration and Naturalization Law.

Mr. Fabacher has over 30 years of experience in immigration and naturalization law, including business immigration matters, family cases, and asylum issues and regular appearances before the Immigration Court. For Kullman clients, he stands ready to assist with the acquisition of H-1B, H-2B, L-1, E-1, E-2 and other temporary visas, as well as employment-based permanent residence classifications, including prospective immigrant investors. He is also available for advice and consultation in the burgeoning area of Immigration and Customs Enforcement workplace investigations, I-9 compliance audits (including “self-audits” for preventative maintenance purposes), and other related matters.
