Carl F. Morley
Mr. Morley has over 30 years of experience in the formulation and implementation of various compensation and human resource management programs. He joined the firm in 1984 after a successful career in private industry in the area of Fortune 500 corporate and plant level human resources management and training. He currently holds the position of Senior HR Consultant with the firm. Under attorney direction, Mr. Morley assists clients in such areas as AAP/OFCCP/FLSA/I-9 compliance, adverse impact studies, HR policy manual/employee handbook preparation, compensation analysis, arbitration panel research, and “special needs projects.”
A native of Marfa, Texas, Mr. Morley received his Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University. While there, he was listed in Who’s Who and subsequently taught business and HR management courses for several semesters at NMSU in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He has held memberships in the American Management Association, Employment Management Association, American Society for Training and Development, and the College Placement Council. He was an active member of the Board of Directors of the U. S. Jaycees (Carlsbad).
