Caroline A. Spangler


Ms. Spangler, a native of Alexandria, Virginia, joined The Kullman Firm in 2014.

Ms. Spangler has experience in complex litigation matters, including trade secret infringement, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and interference with contractual relationships. She has represented clients in both Louisiana state and federal courts. Ms. Spangler currently represents employers in various areas of employment and labor law.

During law school, Ms. Spangler was a judicial extern for the Honorable Martin L.C. Feldman of the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Spangler worked in the civil litigation section of a large general practice, multi-state firm.
