Charles H. Hollis
Mr. Hollis represents clients in all areas of the firm’s practice, including National Labor Relations Board election and unfair labor practice cases, employment discrimination and other employment litigation before state and federal courts, contract negotiations, arbitrations, Wage and Hour cases, and other employment matters before the federal and state departments of labor, OFCCP, EEOC, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies. He counsels executives and trains supervisory personnel in effective methods of human resources administration and personnel supervision and in practical procedures for compliance with ADA, ADEA, Title VII, WARN, and other management restrictive regulations.
Mr. Hollis has worked extensively with employers in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, health care, forest products, food processing, electric utilities, warehousing, chemicals, and retailing.
