F. Daniel Wood, Jr.

Experience

Mr. Wood has been in private legal practice since 1995. He had civil litigation experience in construction contract disputes, fidelity and surety claims, commercial lines insurance defense, and employment law prior to joining the Kullman Firm in 1999. His current practice is devoted to counseling management on human resources issues and litigation of employment and labor matters on behalf of management before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Wood clerked for the Honorable Reneau P. Almon, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of Alabama.
