Human Resources Administration

Our attorneys develop individualized personnel policies and procedures for many industries and levels of staffing. We counsel management on interviewing, hiring and training employees; employment contracts; employee reviews; record keeping requirements; incentive programs; and restructuring, downsizing, and termination procedures. Our attorneys assist in the development and maintenance of compensation, pension, and benefit plans. We also advise on immigration compliance issues related to foreign nationals on work visas as well as Form I-9 and E-Verify policies and procedures.

Our in-house consultant, Carl F. Morley, works with our attorneys to develop policy manuals, compensation programs, and affirmative action plans for our clients. With legal counsel, he develops EEO studies, substance abuse policies, employee opinion surveys, and conducts HR audits including Form I-9 audits.
