Allison Fish represents employers nationwide in a range of employment and labor law matters. She vigorously advocates for clients in cases involving allegations of workplace sexual harassment and discrimination claims in a range of areas, including gender, disability, race, and age. In addition to litigating in state and federal courts, Allison handles matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and similar governmental agencies across the country.

As one of a rare group of young, female attorneys who are well-versed and experienced in traditional labor law, Allison is gratified to figuratively roll up her sleeves and immerse herself in old-school tasks such as arbitrations and contract and collective bargaining agreement negotiations.

Growing up with a father and grandfather as practicing attorneys, Allison always knew her intense work ethic, academic success, and analytical aptitude were an excellent fit with the legal profession. After graduating second in her class at Tulane University Law School, she gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Tu Pham of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
