Patricia A. Bollman
Ms. Bollman specializes in the area of immigration and nationality law. A significant portion of Ms. Bollman’s immigration law practice is in the area of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas although she also handles family-based visas and naturalization cases. Ms. Bollman has also developed an expertise in Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance and training.
Ms. Bollman provides representation for employers served with a Notice of Inspection by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I-9 audit), an investigation for discrimination in the I-9 process by the Office of Special Counsel for the Department of Justice or an audit by the Department of Labor for immigration issues. Ms. Bollman provides counseling and training to employers of all sizes and industries on proper I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
Ms. Bollman has experience handling immigration matters, internal I-9 audits and I-9 training for clients in numerous industries including banks, staffing and contract labor providers, shipyards, engineering firms, agricultural nurseries, construction companies, energy companies, life and health insurance providers, universities, automobile dealerships, hotels, restaurants and the country’s largest retailer.
