The Kullman Firm is pleased to announce that Patricia A. Bollman has joined the firm effective January 1, 2017. Ms. Bollman specializes in the area of immigration and nationality law. A significant portion of Ms. Bollman’s immigration law practice is in the area of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas although she also handles family-based visas and naturalization cases. Ms. Bollman has also developed an expertise in Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance and training.
Ms. Bollman provides representation for employers served with a Notice of Inspection by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I-9 audit), an investigation for discrimination in the I-9 process by the Office of Special Counsel for the Department of Justice or an audit by the Department of Labor for immigration issues. Ms. Bollman provides counseling and training to employers of all sizes and industries on proper I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
Over the past several years, The Kullman Firm has referred its clients with immigration matters including, I-9 and E-Verify compliance issues, to Ms. Bollman. Now that she has joined the firm, we believe she will be a valuable resource to our clients.
